Floyd - It was (is) excellent. I like it even better the second day after throwing it back on a hot stone (~400 F) for 10 mins.

spsq - That would be impressive. It's the size of a surfboard. :)

 

 

I finished off the last of it this morning. Although it keeps really well, I think next time I'll try cutting the recipe in half. Four days of it was a bit much :)
