Thanks for Sous vide suggestions. I had already ordered so removed my query. Great minds work alike. Yes I got the Anova . My pot will hold 3 qt jars. So perfect. My heating pad gave out that I was using as a yogurt incubator. It still works well to gently heat under a baking sheet for my baguettes.
