This morning I baked this for the first time:   https://photos.app.goo.gl/LMTQgQ6GDwuLnT9R8 No slicing for 24 hrs, though - Monday lunch.  I was out of caraway seeds, so I used crushed coriander seeds instead.

Here's the formula:  Muscovite Rye  Google Gemini helped me adapt the formula from one day straight through with a very warm sponge to a 1 1/2 day process.  Not only was it more convenient but it should develop even deeper flavors.
