Hi all,I just made this deliciouse banana-nuts loaf. Here is the recipe.http://weightloss-slim.fit/recipes/sourdoughbananabread%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI used toasted pecans instead of walnuts and orange zest instead of orange rind. And instead of using 1/3 cups of shortening, I devided this amount 50/50 between butter and shortening.It's so moist and tender and tasts great! happy baking!
