That’s beautiful. I bet the flavors were incredible. 😊
It really is delicious. The slightly tangy raspberry reduction goes very well with the rich double chocolate, ( cocoa powder, bitter sweet choolate ) ricotta cheesecake.
I could eat the whole cake easily! This looks amazing.

I am enjoying the ease and instant gratification of baking cakes. Decorating the cakes is a lot of fun too! The one caveat, limiting consumption is necessary!
