I can’t remember when I last had a Banana Cream Pie! I know my Momma made it so likely 1960’s. Yum! You are definitely on a roll ( no pun ) . 😊
Yes, I am surely on a roll! The wife and I were both too full for desert tonight. That being said, I just checked on the pie; the whipped cream is holding up very well! Sausage and peppers for dinner. We ate it breadless tonight.

After three days the whipped cream is still perfect. The custard could have been a bit thicker. However, this was acceptable.
