Once the cake is fully cooled, the simple powdered sugar topping will be added.

The texture is light, and the flavor delicious. The Nordic wear anniversary Bundt cake pan is a perfect fit. It makes for a stunning mile high presentation. That being said, three loaf bread pans should work nicely.

I love the instant gratification of baking cakes. The other upside is, I feel pretty good about the ingredients list. Not a bad choice for a sweet treat. My wife could do much worse.
