 With floydm's assistance, I think I finally figured out how to post pictures.  Hope this one posts ok.  This recipe is courtesy of "Artisan Breads" featuring Kossar's Onion Bialy's.  Thanks Floyd for your help.

Thanks,  my sister who goes to New York on business frequently, told me about getting them and how good they were, so I decided to try a batch.  Think your's look better than mine, but they do taste great out of the oven.  You are right in that they do lose a little flavor after a day or so.
