Notes: while I am head over heals happy with this outcome. I am disappointed that I made an inexperienced amateur mistake. The glaze is too thick! Other than that, my bride said it was delicious!

That looks incredible Will, you really should be proud of that tart!  I agree with Caroline, you cannot tell that the glaze is too thick.  I’d love a slice right about now.

It was a fun project. The no cook filling turned out so smooth. I really like the combination of Ricotta, ( Italian cheese cake) and cream cheese ( New York cheese cake) beautiful texture. My sister said she didn't like no cook fillings with gelatin binder. She said her cake turned out gitty. I followed the instructions closely and found that the gelatin fully incorporated. Ultra smooth!
